Registration includes confirmation that you have read the festival's safety rules. This confirmation is recorded electronically as part of the registration and serves as proof of informed consent to the conditions of participation.

6a. Photography and social media sharing

During the Hřímmeeting festival we take photographs and video footage of the event. Recordings may be published on the organiser's social media (Instagram, Facebook) and on hrimmeeting.com for the purpose of promoting the festival.

By attending the festival you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place within the event area. If you do not wish to be captured, please inform the organisers on site or by email at hrimmeeting@czech-slackline.cz.

Your data is stored in a secure Google Workspace environment and is accessible only to festival organisers. Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

The website hrimmeeting.com does not use tracking or analytical cookies. The website does not use advertising systems or third-party social plugins that would collect your data.

9. Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic:
