Hřímmeeting v3.0 · effective from 1 April 2026

1. What data we process

As part of registration for the Hřímmeeting festival we process the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Arrival date and selected package
• Information about children and other group members (numbers, age groups)
• Slackline experience level (optional)

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Festival organisation – managing registrations, communicating with participants, sending payment information (legal basis: performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Event safety – keeping a record of persons present (legal basis: legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

3. How long we retain data

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to organise the festival, but no longer than 1 year after the event. After that, data is deleted.

4. Who we share data with

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• Google LLC – data processing via Google Sheets and Google Apps Script (registration storage)
• Public authorities – only if required by law

Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access – request an overview of data being processed
• Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure – request deletion of data (right to be forgotten)
• Restriction of processing – request temporary restriction of processing
• Data portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object – to processing based on legitimate interest

6. Consent to safety rules

Registration includes confirmation that you have read the festival's safety rules. This confirmation is recorded electronically as part of the registration and serves as proof of informed consent to the conditions of participation.

6a. Photography and social media sharing

During the Hřímmeeting festival we take photographs and video footage of the event. Recordings may be published on the organiser's social media (Instagram, Facebook) and on hrimmeeting.com for the purpose of promoting the festival.

By attending the festival you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place within the event area. If you do not wish to be captured, please inform the organisers on site or by email at hrimmeeting@czech-slackline.cz.

• Recordings capturing the atmosphere of the event (group scenes, tricks on the line, jumping into the quarry) are made on the basis of the organiser's legitimate interest.
• Detailed portraits of individuals are only published with the person's consent.
• Photos of compromising situations are not published.
• If you wish to have a specific photo removed, contact us — we will comply without unnecessary delay.

7. Data security

Your data is stored in a secure Google Workspace environment and is accessible only to festival organisers. Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

8. Cookies

The website hrimmeeting.com does not use tracking or analytical cookies. The website does not use advertising systems or third-party social plugins that would collect your data.

9. Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic:
